本政策适用于由 VoxNexus, Inc. 提供的 VoxNexus 网站、应用程序、API 及相关语音人工智能服务（统称“服务”）。当您登录、授权 Google 账号或使用服务时，本政策适用。
This policy applies to the VoxNexus website, applications, APIs, and related voice AI services provided by VoxNexus, Inc. (the “Services”). It applies when you sign in, authorize a Google Account, or use the Services.

- Provide and maintain features you request, including sign-in, authorized connections, display, or synchronization;

- Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect legal rights.
我们不会将 Google 用户数据用于个性化广告，不会出售 Google 用户数据，也不会为了建立信用、保险、医疗或其他高风险画像而使用这些数据。
We do not use Google user data for personalized advertising, sell Google user data, or use it to create credit, insurance, medical, or other high-risk profiles.
Google API 数据使用与 Limited Use
VoxNexus 仅在您明确授权后访问 Google 用户数据，并将访问范围限制在提供相关用户功能所需的权限。您可以拒绝或撤回授权；依赖相关数据的功能届时可能不可用。
VoxNexus accesses Google user data only after your explicit authorization and limits access to permissions needed for the relevant user-facing features. You may decline or revoke authorization, although dependent features may not work.
VoxNexus 对从 Google API 接收的信息的使用和向其他应用传输，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use 要求。
VoxNexus’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access, storage, and processing
Google OAuth 访问令牌通过加密连接传输并受到访问控制。只有为提供服务、处理安全事件或履行法律义务而确有需要的授权系统和人员才能访问相关数据。
Google OAuth access tokens are transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by access controls. Access is limited to authorized systems and personnel who need it to provide the Services, handle security incidents, or meet legal obligations.
数据保留与安全

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的、维持您的账号或履行法律义务所需期间保留信息。收到经核验的删除请求或您删除账号后，我们会删除或匿名化不再需要的数据；法律要求保留的安全、审计或交易记录除外。备份中的副本会随正常备份轮换流程删除。
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to maintain your account, or to meet legal obligations. Following a verified deletion request or account deletion, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed, except security, audit, or transaction records required by law. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup rotation process.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the data, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure.

依据适用法律，您可以请求访问、更正、导出或删除个人信息，限制或反对特定处理，并撤回同意。您还可以随时在 Google 账号中撤销 VoxNexus 的访问权限。撤销授权不会自动删除 VoxNexus 已依法保存的数据；如需删除，请发送邮件联系我们。
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion; restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent. You may also revoke VoxNexus’s access through your Google Account. Revocation does not automatically delete data lawfully retained by VoxNexus; email us to request deletion.

Children
服务不面向适用法律规定的未成年人，我们不会故意收集其个人信息。如您认为未成年人向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。
The Services are not directed to children as defined by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
